Where do I find my download link?
Your download link is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for an email from OfSaltandLight.
My download link isn't working. What do I do?
Links can expire after a certain number of uses or days. If your link has expired or isn't working, email us at hello@ofsaltandlight.shop with your order number and we'll resend it right away.
I never received a download email. Help!
First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, make sure the email address on your order is correct. Still nothing? Reach out to us at hello@ofsaltandlight.shop and we'll get it sorted for you.
Can I download my file more than once?
Yes! As long as your link hasn't expired, you can download your file up to 3 times. If you need a fresh link, just contact us.
What file format will I receive?
File formats vary by product (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.). The format is listed on the product page. If you have questions about a specific file, feel free to reach out.
How to Access Your Digital Download
Thank you for your order! Here's how to get your download:
- Check your email — A download link was sent to the email address you used at checkout. Look for an email from OfSaltandLight.
- Check your spam/junk folder — Sometimes our emails land there. Search for "OfSaltandLight" or "digital download."
- Click the download link — The link in your email will take you directly to your file. Click it to download to your device.
- Link expired? — Download links expire after a set number of days or uses. If yours has expired, reply to your order confirmation email and we'll resend it.
- Still can't find it? — Email us at hello@ofsaltandlight.shop and include your order number so we can help quickly!
